The Weekly Activity Report has two parts. One automatically tracks your key activities such as emails, dials, contacts, messages, conversations, and meetings set. These values are automatically entered into the weekly report which compares your actual activity with your targeted activity and the percentage of measuring your effectiveness. On the Report part of the tool will be a place where you can list and enter results produced with other key metrics such and proposals, agreements and contracts. With the report you have the gauges needed to continuously navigate your way to the success you intend to achieve. The tracker and report show the facts so you are able to make needed corrections or seek out assistance when that is needed from a colleague.
